Quick Bio… Built a large construction named AZ Contracting Group with over 165 employees in Arizona, Vegas, and Dallas and $15 million yearly sales. AZ Contracting Group clients included OpenDoor for all their remodels/flips for nearly four years. I Have done over 7,000 renovations in the last ten years. In addition, we have done ground-up for over 150 new homes. I’m now mentoring new investors, and my coaching group is called Subto Real Estate Investing.
