He owns over 40 million dollars in Real estate, mainly Mobile Home Parks, apartments, and short-term vacation rentals on the beach! Chris Rood owns other businesses, including an HVAC company and a Mechanic Shop. Real estate Flipping operation with his wife, “Big Momma Rood,” to whom he has been married for over 20 years and has five children!
