Meet our customer Andrew Litchfield
Meet our customer, Andrew Litchfield. He has been working in all areas of real estate since age 19. Real estate is not only his career but also his true passion.
He owns Penny Investments, a real estate development company based in Massachusetts that specializes in condo conversions, fix-and-flips, rentals, and rezoning of underutilized properties. Andrew has purchased and sold well over $100M of real estate across hundreds of diverse projects. He also holds a real estate broker’s and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License.
Andrew has recently become a mentor and coach to over 40 students in his formal one-on-one coaching program.
Equally crucial in Andrew’s life is his passion for giving back. He is an active member of the board of Silver Lining Mentoring, a youth foster care nonprofit. In addition to giving back, Andrew loves spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and golfing.
