to do good.” I truly believe helping others achieve their dreams helps us to
achieve ours. Leveraging my experience in the business world and my love for
people, I epitomize integrity, dedication, and hard work in endeavors.
I’m a client-service-oriented real estate agent who helps buyers, sellers, and
investors in Georgia. With over 20 years of experience working as a REALTOR®,
investor, and real estate advisor in the real estate industry, I’m well-qualified to
support those looking to purchase a new home. My passion for real
estate is fueled by my desire to help clients find their dream homes. After
earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Spelman College and a master’s
Degree in Finance and Marketing from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern
University, I began a career in finance. Later, I realized that my friendly nature
was better suited to a real estate career.
My love for real estate began early; my first experience was working for
a family-owned real estate company at 13. I also assisted with my mother’s real
estate appraisal business. In this experience, I developed my strong work ethic
and learned the basic skills to begin my career. During my first year as
a real estate agent, I sold 22 homes and was highlighted in Rising Star Atlanta,
an Atlanta real estate magazine. After my initial success, I have continued to
rank among the top 5% of agents in sales volume. After being established as a
star in my field, Hollywood came knocking at my door, and I was featured in an
episode of HGTV’s House Hunter; in addition to selling real estate, I value
spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and indulging in my high-end
fashion addiction
I attribute my success to knowing the markets, understanding contracts, and
always placing my client’s needs first. I differentiate myself from others by
helping homeowners sell their homes as quickly as possible at the
highest value. I achieve this by properly setting the price, presenting the home
to the marketplace in the best light, aggressively navigating my sellers
through contract negotiations and inspections, and handling title and appraisal
issues when they arise. There are a lot of great agents, but I’m the most capable
agent for selling your home! I believe my purpose is to be of service to others
and to sell real estate properties.
